Discuss the Terms

After viewing your home, I will study the suggested pricing for your home, and provide a marketing strategy for your home. Once everything is discussed, we will go through signing paperwork.

Prep for Photos

One of the most important parts of the process, prepping your home! Buyers perceptions of your home is their reality and their reality can drastically affect their concept of pricing. I will provide suggestions on how to best showcase your home to get you the most money in your pocket. Once you have finished your projects, I will schedule photos (and video depending on what is necessary for you home). Check out examples of the quality photography we use below.

 

Show Your Home

Let the showings begin! Once we've prepped your house for sale and set a price, we're ready for the public to see your property.

Review Offers

When you receive one or more offers on your property, I can rank them based on your priorities and help you analyze, clarify, and compare your offers.

Inspection

Most buyers request a home inspection as a condition of their offer. While a home inspector will dig more deeply into your home than a buyer, the preparation you made before your first showing should help you get ready for the inspection. Before the home inspector visits, I’ll provide personalized advice too.
